Our Pandan butter mochi is made with freshly extracted Pandan juice made from fresh leaves-no artificial flavors!


Mochi Lab brings you broke da mouth butter mochi unlike any other. Our butter mochi is a new twist on the traditional Hawaiian dessert everyone loves. We bake it in muffin form (no more fighting for the crust!) with various flavors in the cake itself, as well as unique fillings in the middle.

We are inspired by the melting pot that is our island- the mixture of cultures and cuisine that feed our souls. We incorporate ingredients popular in places like Hawaii, Japan, and the Philippines, to create a unique taste unlike any other butter mochi. We also strive to support the future of sustainability in Hawaii by using locally grown produce and eggs. Our butter mochi is made from scratch, by hand, and with love EVERY time.
